No catch, no sign-up, no sales pitch at the counter.
You don't need to show them this screen, sign anything, or give them your number.
Honestly? Because I'd rather buy someone a flat white than pay for another ad that nobody reads.
I live and work around here. Urban Grind is where I take clients, where I answer emails, and they make some damn good coffee. So when I wanted to introduce myself to the neighbourhood, buying the coffee felt more productive than sticking a photo of my face in your mailbox, where it'd end up in the bin anyway.
That's it. That's the whole catch. Enjoy the coffee — you owe me nothing.
I've lived in Tuart Hill for eight years. Married, two daughters — one of whom is a border collie. Before finance I was on the tools for twelve years, and somewhere in there I got properly hooked on property, enough that we built a small portfolio of our own.
When our human daughter arrived, it pushed me to finally do the thing I'd been circling for years. At the start of 2025 I quit the job, studied, got my diploma, and became a broker. These days I spend my time meeting people over coffee — first home buyers, investors with multiple properties, and everyone in between. A fair bit of the job is ringing lenders to claw back a rate that crept up while someone wasn't looking, and the rest is arguing with bank assessment teams until I've got no hair left. I love every minute of it.
Grab 15 minutes with me. It's a conversation, not an application — and if the answer is “you're already on a good deal, do nothing,” I'll tell you that and we'll both get on with our day.
